here at spacebows we aim to get your order to your house faster than most company's do, if your order takes more than 10 business days please email Erin.cruise1717@gmail.com. if your package comes damaged or broken please email Erin.cruise1717@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged product and your address after that we may ask you to pay the small price of the shipping cost so we can ship a new and improved non broken/damaged product. we hope this helps you understand!
